Driving in Manitoba is EXPENSIVE

Hi, I just have to say that you hear all the bad things about Saskatchewan all the time….nothing there, boring, no jobs…BLAH, BLAH, BLAH but I must say that at least it’s cheaper to drive there!!!! I move to this stinking province to take a job and now I’m in the poor house. (Luckily, I have the best parents in the world, who are going to help me out.). But REALLY, does it really have to be THAT expensive?????? Logically, you would think that the insurance company would have to get more money out of Saskatchewanians because there are less of them then Manitoba. :) But, they are kind and don’t want to bleed their residents dry.

When it rains it POURS!

So, not only am I dishing money out to autopac to drive in this province but they insist that the cars are in PERFECT condition and to ensure that that's whats happening they insist on a safety on ALL cars no matter what year (Everything costs so much money!). Yeah, I know that I was expecting to put money into my brakes, but did it really have to be at the same time that I insure my car. I guess it really doesn’t pay to procrastinate. Now, joy above all joys, I have to start saving to fix my struts…..maybe I should just give up and start walking…it’s better for me anyway. Ergh!
